Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. You will feel rejuvenated when you leave!

Join Ashley for Pound class and let your inner rocker star shine! Pound is designed to give participants a fun way to exercise, while beating to the music with drum sticks! This is upbeat and so much fun for all levels!
